Christopher Kowal
Hello! My name is Chris Kowal. I have been living in my own home and working in the downtown core of Toronto for over 27 years. Through both my personal and professional experiences, I have gained extensive knowledge of the downtown Toronto real estate market in both new and resale houses and condominiums. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance from the University of Western Ontario and a Master's degree in Piano Performance from the University of Toronto. Having worked in both administration and negotiations in the music industry, I possess the acquired skills that are needed to negotiate a successful deal on your behalf.
I have achieved "Director's Platinum" status at Royal LePage in 2016 and 2017, "Award of Excellence" status at Royal LePage from 2015 to 2017 and "President's Gold" status with Royal LePage from 2011 to 2015.
In addition to my real estate activities, I have been involved in the restoration of historical homes and have extensive experience in renovations and interior design. My kitchen renovation was featured both on the cover of the autumn kitchen issue of “Canadian House and Home” and in the corresponding magazine article in October, 2001. In addition to the article, I was a featured guest on HGTV’s “Kitchen Equipped” and “House and Home”, where I was interviewed by Linda Reeves on the details of my kitchen renovation.
Having gone through the process of buying my home many years ago, I understand how exciting and terrifying the transaction can be, especially for those going through this process for the first time. A home purchase or sale is typically the largest financial transaction that most individuals will make in their lifetime – so confidence, thought, deliberation and intelligence are essential.
